30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all IdentitySpark purchases — both single one-off purchases and subscription payments. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at support@identityspark.app from the email used at checkout — we'll process it back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period — we won't bill you again. The 30-day refund applies to your most recent subscription payment.
